Please use the following format to label your MP3 track:

Pool Abbreviation – Event – Draw #
e.g. GLE – Pre-Junior Duet – Draw 6
If it is a pre-swim, then please put “PreSwim #” instead of the draw #
e.g. WPK – Pre-Junior Team – PreSwim 1
Send to: THO – bryanna.wallis@gmail.com
Please send me your music only to the host pool!

The music submission is due by midnight this Friday, August 5th! Failure to meet this deadline and/or failure to follow the correct instructions (i.e. not sending it in MP3 format by the deadline) will result in a 1-point penalty.

Back up music format

The backup format will be MP3 files on a USB to be brought on the day of the competition. Please label your USB with your pool name!

Synchro Draws are now online

We’ve got updated Synchro Draw information for you on the Synchro Page.  The Pre-Junior Finals Draws, the Junior Prelim Draws and the Senior Prelim Draws are now all on the Synchro Page.  Remember, we call them draws because we literally draw the competitor names out of a hat.  (Ok, not literally, it’s a piece of paper usually in a zip-lock bag, but you get the idea).  This random sequencing sets up the competitors in the other they’ll compete in Solo, Duet and Team competitions.  Go to the Synchro Page to get all the details.  It’s important to note that every year there are changes to the draws as some competitors will elect not to compete.  We’ll update the order of events as quickly as we can should this happen.
