Every year, our Constitution requires that we perform a coin-toss to determine whether relays at the Time Trials and Championship Big Meet events for 11 and older athletes will be freestyle or medley.  By order of the Constitution, the 8 and Under and 9-10 relays are always freestyle.

So, we literally toss a coin in the air for the results.  For 2019, here are the results of our coin toss:

11-12 Girls: Freestyle
11-12 Boys: Freestyle
13-14 Girls: Medley
13-14 Boys: Freestyle
Open Girls: Freestyle
Open Boys: Freestyle
